I loved the charming and elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful blue marble flooring and the attention to detail in the general areas were delightful. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to all the facilities and no stairs to climb. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have liked to see more assistance available for senior people. Even though the staff was friendly, I sometimes felt like they could have been more attentive and understanding of the needs of older guests.

As a senior woman, I found the decoration of the hotel to be absolutely lovely. The combination of a charming medieval town with white houses built on cliffs and natural caves gave the entire place a unique and enchanting atmosphere. I felt like I was transported to a different time. , the hotel's general areas were clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was a pleasure to navigate through the hotel and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

If I were to ask for one improvement for senior vacationers, it would be for the staff to provide better assistance to us. While the children working there were friendly, I believe they could benefit from more training on how to cater to the needs of older guests.

Recently stayed at Grotta Palazzese for a few nights on a vacation. Perfectly situated with stunning sea views from the well-appointed room, complete with beautiful blue marble flooring and luxurious linens. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the city center. The staff, especially Fortuna at the front desk and Massimo at breakfast, were friendly and attentive. The associated beach club was a sight to behold, although the additional fee seemed excessive. The included breakfast was delicious, offering the same breathtaking view as the restaurant.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room at Grotta Palazzese Beach Hotel offered an incredible view of the sea. It truly enchanted and amazed me, blending the blue of the sky and the sea in a unique way. As a guest, I felt privileged to witness such beauty. The room had luxurious amenities, including fine linen, a private bathroom covered in beautiful white marble, and ceramic taps. I felt pampered and indulged during my stay. The Sony 65-inch Smart Bravia TV and advanced home automation system added a modern touch to the room. It was convenient and enjoyable to have these high-tech features.

Personally, I found the panoramic shower with a sea view in the bathroom to be overwhelming. It was a bit too much for me, but I understand that others may find it enjoyable.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the exceptional location for breakfast in the grotta. the cave rooms were beautifully designed with stunning views. We also enjoyed the unique and romantic setting of the restaurant and bar, and the food was very good. the hotel's location in the old city was convenient, with many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. the bath products by Hermes were a nice touch as well.

The location of Hotel Grotta Palazzese was exceptional, especially for breakfast in the grotto. The view from our window was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was a dream come true and the cleaning lady was thorough and adorable. The room had some nice features like a large screen TV and iPad control of lights, AC, and music. The bath products provided by Hermes were a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

The restaurant location was fantastic-looking out to sea in the cave, and the breakfast here was of high quality. Our room was modern and stylish, with an impressive Hermes bathroom range. the staff was helpful.

The hotel lacked facilities, such as a sun terrace, beach access and pool area, which were not quite up to par with other luxury hotels we've stayed in.
